Obituary: Miss. Connie Zoe Corley age 52 years a resident of 122 Matthew St., Elkins departed this life 3:45 pm Tuesday September 15th 2009 in the Davis Memorial Hospital at Elkins. She had been in her usual health and death was unexpected.

She was born July 11th, 1957 at Marion County, WV a daughter of the late Edward Cade and Virginia Faye Corley.

Miss Corley is survived by one Brother Robert Corley and wife Brenda of Fairmont, WV, two Sisters Tina Corley, Betty Corley, one niece Beth Ann Corley of Mossy, WV, three nephews Robert Edward Corley of Fairmont, WV, Thomas Alan Corley of Fairmont, WV, Kenneth Newlon and wife Crissy of Winterville, Ohio, several aunts and uncles. Connie is also survived by her two roommates Stella Sewanger, Belinda Kisner and her family at ARC of Harrison County who loved her and will miss her very much.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister Jenny Corley Busatti.

Friends will be received at the Talbott Funeral Home 210 Brandenburg St. in Belington from 12 - 2 pm on Friday September 18, 2009 until 2:00 pm when final rites will then be conducted from the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Fraternal Cemetery near Belington. The Talbott Funeral Home in Belington is in charge of the arrangements for Miss. Connie Zoe Corley. Connie was a very sweet lady though I only had the priveledge to meet her on a couple ocassions. My thoughts go out to her family (including the ARC) she will be missed.

I can remember when I worked at the Adult Training Center and Connie first came there. She was scared, others were too when starting to come to the training center. Connie took to me and became one of my favorites. I was really shocked when I read that she had passed away. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and to her workers with ARC.
