| Obituary: | Talbott Funeral Home 210 Brandenburg Street-P.O. Box 879 Belington, WV. 26250 304-823-1401 Michael W. Talbott Lic. Funeral Director and Embalmer Mrs. Reba Harriet Fisher Bise age 75 years a resident of 100 Tallman Ave of Elkins and more recently a resident of the Barbour County Good Samaritan Center in Belington departed this life early Tuesday morning March 25th 2008 at the care facility. She born June 6th 1932 at Elkins WV., a daughter of the late Greydon and Hazel Reams Fisher who survives at Elkins. On December 25th 1969 she was married to Joseph W. Bise who preceded he in death on March 4th 1998. Daughters surviving include Kathy Osborn and husband Peter of De Moines Washington, Vickie Scott and husband Dan of Rt. 2 Philippi, two grandchildren, Nickie and Adam Scott, three great grandchildren Brycen and Grayson Newman and Tobias Cooper. Also surviving are four sisters, Ellen Swartz, Elsie Shoemaker, Evelyn White, Janet Isner, five brothers Robert, William, David, Harold, and Michael Fisher. Mrs. Bise was a legal secretary for the law firm Higginbotham and Grazianna and in her earlier year served in the US Air Force. She was very active in The Alumni Association of the Elkins High School , was a member of the H.W. Daniels Post #29 American Legion and was a protestant by faith. At the request of the deceased her remains will be cremated. However friends will be received at the Talbott Funeral Home in Belington from 2-3pm on Saturday March 29th 2008 and at 3pm there will be a memorial Service conducted from the funeral home chapel with Lois Kessler officiating. In lieu of flowers the family ask that Memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association 1701 North Beauragard Street Alexandria VA. 22311.
